About Youth Culture

The purpose of Youth Culture is to create space where students can experience the transformative love of Jesus Christ personally so that we can join the body of Christ and invite others in! There’s no better way to do that than alongside other students who want to honor God with their lives. Our incredible Youth leaders and Student leadership team seek to cultivate an atmosphere of vulnerability and growth in our relationship with God. Who We Are

When you come to youth group you will be greeted by Pastor Tommy or one of our awesome youth leaders pictured above! They are truly called to love, encourage and have fun with the hopes that students receive the free gift of salvation thru Jesus christ. Pastor Tommy and Carly have been serving with Jeff Naz for 6 years and love to watch God work in and thru the students and youth leaders. You might hear a few stories about their 2 dogs, Tommys fishing adventures or Carly’s love for sushi. At the end of the day we hope you leave feeling transformed by the powerful message of the Gospel.

What To Expect

You’ll get to

- play and run around during open gym,

- worship and praise God with other students,

- learn and hear from the holy spirit as we unpack the bible together

- and even discuss, ask questions and pray for one another in small groups.

 

There are opportunities to travel as a youth group to Camp, district events and even our youth leaders homes. we prioritize community and living life together. YC is really just the launching point into family.

What We Teach

Everything you hear is biblically based, applicable to life and sustained by hope in our God. Our mission verse is Romans 12:2 “ “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” This verse is lived out when we engage in the body of Christ; come to youth group/ sunday school, open the Bible, talk it out and ask God in prayer for his guidance.
